Not excellent...biggest issues: no toilet paper or soap until next morning, shower hot water was quite cold. Building in rough shape, especially flooring, though it looks like they're making improvements (painting walls etc.). Not a fan of the virtual check-in: a bit confusing and too impersonal, though I eventually figured it out. I finally met Monica next morning who was quite pleasant and helpful; if they can fix the biggest issues I would rate higher. On a positive note, comfortable bed, good warm set of blankets and excellent location. So very good value for the price.

seriously avoid at all costs! please!! i never write reviews but unfortunately this hostel was so disappointing that i felt the need to warn others. first… no toilet paper, towels, or soap in the room when we arrived. no one was there to greet us either, so we had to wait for the staff to text us in order to find our room. and the room itself smelled like… sewer… it was so horrible. we texted someone about the lack of toilet paper and towels and soap, and she told me she would bring them immediately but showed up… 4 hours later. there was only one towel but my reservation was for two people, so around 19:00 i asked her to bring me another. she said she would bring in the morning but of course! she never showed up. i had to text prob six more times throughout the day asking when she was bringing the towel and she kept telling me she was coming “soon”, until she knocked on our door around 23:00 when we were asleep. and that was the ONLY time i ever saw a staff member. very disappointed overall with the lack of responsiveness and a lack of the bare minimum accommodations. wish i had anything positive to write but it was truly just a bad experience. would not recommend to anyone.

A localização é perfeita! Bem próxima a plaza de armas. A limpeza é ok! Quanto à propriedade, as fotos parecem ser bem melhores do que realmente é. A "sacada" é compartilhada com o quarto ao lado e não parece muito segura. Não tem calefação e o quarto é bem gelado (fomos em junho). Mas, eles disponibilizam bastante cobertas! O Chuveiro é quente! Não colocam tapete no banheiro e ao tomar banho molha o banheiro todo. Não tem suporte de papel higiênico e o rolo volta e meia cai no chão, e por vezes o mesmo estava molhado do banho. Funciona mais como um Airbnb do que como hotel, não tem recepção e te dão as chaves da porta da rua. Ao fundo tem um quintal com várias casas e eles fazem MUITO barulho, dia e noite.

Llegábamos a Cusco a las 6 am por lo que pagamos la noche anterior para llegar y tener la habitación lista, les puse un msj indicando esto y me contestaron que extendido y el vuelo se atrasó y llegamos a la 1 pm todavía más tarde y la habitación no estaba lista tuvimos que esperar. No nos pareció para nada si hubiera llegado 6 am hubiese sido peor.

É uma boa acomodação, chuveiro é muito bom. A anfitriã Monica é super solicita. Única questão é o barulho, por ser muito central, mas a localização é excelente.
