Amazing place to stay! Modern, cute, and clean and close to everything! Only thing was water seeping out from the side of the toilet or floor faucet but other than that everything was perfect!

Help from Andrea with nearby parking and transport with luggage to/from Ortigia was excellent. Also breakfast staff member was super helpful. The property itself is tired and in need of upgrades. There is a totally inadequate space for breakfast seating, with no dedicated tables or chairs and no easy access back into reception area if guests are seated at basic outdoor sofas.

While the charm and rich history of the town speak for themselves, what truly made this trip exceptional was the warmth and genuine hospitality of Maria and Andrea, and the comfort of the space they’ve so thoughtfully created. Words fall short in capturing how welcome, cared for, and at home we felt during our stay. It was, without question, one of the most memorable travel experiences we’ve ever had—one we will cherish for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Sicily.
