The property is very old and the maintenance is poor no hot water no proper power and till the hotel car or bus is not going and even if I book the room bo proper reception

The hotel did not accept the booking by the app and I had to pay again rs 1500 rs that too for one night.pl.verify and refund my booked amount and never ever inconvenience customers like me.your customer care was also not available N.c.narasimhacharyulu. Hyderabad.
