Proba bly wouldn't stay here again. It was def centrally located but the room was moldy, it had ants and roaches! Very disgusting for sure. The person who checked me in was VERY unhelpful. He couldn't find my reservation and did nothing to remedy the situation. The other younger gent later in the day saved the day for sure.

The bed conforter was too old, the mattress has old stay like color brown I have no idea how long that is there, bathroom had wall molds, the frint desk guy was rude, I was sat for few minutes in the lobby and I saw people who wasn't clients going upstairs, even my cousins went upstairs and nobody asked who they were.So I don't recommend anybody to stay there, I found in the internet and on pictures was a nice place inside, but the beauty is just outside.

I had to request a linen change - the pillow cases were visibly dirty. I could see they had not been changed, with hair still on it (prob from last guest). I waited till about 11:00pm, and the staff absolutely ignored me. They did not come up until I threated to leave and requested a refund. Although the location was good, I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone who'd like to sleep in a clean bed.

I was given a room on the sixth floor, the first night I didn't sleep because the air conditioning made a lot of noise and didn't cool down, the next morning I asked reception if I could take a look at the problem, until 9pm no one came to solve it, I went back at the reception and he gave me another room but the air also makes a lot of noise but at least it's getting cold, anyway the hotel is good, the breakfast is wonderful it just left something to be desired in these aspects

The service was friendly and good. The cleaning staff was helpful and attentive. However, the pool area was full of cigarette smoke from other guests smoking around the pool. There were children that were exposed to the smoke. It was bad enough that it drove us away from the pool.

Best part of this hotel is it’s full with bugs, bed seats not cleaned, pillows are dirty, you turn off the light little bugs start having party. Pillows stink, they don’t clean bed seats and pillows. Hotel just want your money and no service. Corrupt system, very unhealthy, very bad experience, I supposed to stay three days I left early. I went down to front desk and complain about the bugs, they were laughing to each other. Very disgusting unprofessional hotel. I don’t even know where they get the ratings from. Dirty and disgusting. I not even ask for refund because I know they will never refund. Looks like Brazilian hotels and travel department is sleeping, shame on the government.
