The room had a comfortable bunkbed, a small but clean bathroom, a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, a table with two chairs, and mini fridge. Easy digital lock self check-in. The room was small, but perfect for an active vacation when you'll be out of the room most times. Located well, although the area was a bit sketchy. Good value.

I was surprised at the quality of our stay at Yonegan for the very affordable price. Clean bathroom and shower, AC worked very well, clean kitchen appliances, and good places to eat/get coffee just a short walk away. First Fridays in Wailuku is just a couple blocks away too. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived in the dark and no one was in the office. We could not get our key pad to work. Check in was a bit dicy. The property is old and dated, but it was clean. It did have a mini kitchen which was good.

The property was in poor condition with peeling paint no door frames and dirty stairwell. The room itself was very small for three people. Once we had the single Murphy bed and double sofa bed pulled out there was no more than 6 inches to get around anywhere. It should never have been advertised for three people. I believe it should’ve been for a single person with the Murphy bed only. My husband and I both had back aches for days after sleeping on the pullout sofa bed. We were supposed to stay for two nights and left after the first night and found a different room somewhere else that was much more comfortable. The area around the property seemed a bit seedy. Definitely not someplace that older people would feel comfortable. Maybe more for young backpackers
