Mercredi 7/01/26 nous avons dû nous rendre à Morlaix pour une consultation médicale le matin 8/01/26, pour cela nous avons réservé à Hôtel.com pour une nuit une chambre.
Arrivée à l'hôtel nous avons eu la surprise de trouver porte close il 17h30. Avec de mauvaise conditions météo nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel.
Depuis nous avons eu la propriétaire du gîte qui n'était pas au courant de la réservation avec EXPÉDIA.
Notre demande est d’être rembourser.
