This place was on another site starting with A, too. There it was rated 1.7.
I only stayed one night, and I fought with the front desk (over WhatsApp) for two days straight. I'm still fighting.
For what? until the first day 4 pm, to get into the room; from 4 pm to 5 pm, to make sure the key worked; from 5 pm on, because the Wi-Fi didn't work, UNTIL NOW(it's been three weeks).
I'm serious. That's the kind of place this is. Please don't come here. I beg you.
The front desk only exists beyond WhatsApp.
They told you someone's coming? Nah! They never come in person. A subsub...subsubcontractor might.
They don't know what's going on! You should take a photo or video and send them.
No room key? They don't know.
Your room not made up? Neither!
No Wi-Fi? They'll ask you if you can see a router!
They told you they're contacting the internet provider? Nah! They'll urge you to purchase an internet bundle for one day by yourself!
