Great hotel, a bit far from town centre but easy to find if you drive through, convenient connections to main road. Very clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, highly recommend and would certainly stay there again- top marks!

    Not central but okay
Reasonable option. Little niggles add up. Not near the city center. Very poor check in - arrived with wife and 2 young kids and 4 bags - left to fend for ourselves, find a trolley, pack our bags on and push it all through reception with a little kids in tow. Very poor! Wifi is €10 per day. Some front desk staff are excellent but some are very average. Not really worthy of its 4 stars.

Not impressed with the food and service
Decided we'd eat in the restaurant as a special treat. The Caesar salad was appalling with all the croutons being wet and soggy. After pointing this out to the waiter he brought along a glass of fresh croutons and I had to extract the sponge croutons and replace with the new. At the end we were asked if we enjoyed the meal so I pointed out the croutons to be told "well you ate the salad, so it was not so bad"!!!!!!! We ended up having a discussion with the manager who finally accepted there was a problem and eventually agreed that we did not have to pay for the salad. Apart from the fact that the salad as delivered was appalling the waiter did not apologise and was very aloof about the entire situation.

    Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, any issue or query I had they dealt with... no water in the rooms but there is a Penny's supermarket around the corner and the water was very cheap there. The shower was slightly disappointing as it was not very powerful and moved when the water pressure got higher. The food in the restaurant was lovely. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel. The swimming pool was a nice extra although a bit of a shock when you first get in as To was cold brrr. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the stadium and a 15 minute subway ride to the city.

    16 nights in Vienna
We spent an amazing 16 nights at this hotel. The river view was amazing. We enjoyed watching all the boats, ducks and swans go by. Our river view room was large, clean and comfortable. It was quiet, too, except when there was a party going on downstairs! Breakfast on the terrace, along side the Danube, was marvellous. There was a good choice of everything you could wish for. The staff were helpful and resolved out wifi problem, by enrolling us as Hilton Honors members. The hotel made a wonderful base from which to explore Vienna. We found that it was only a short walk to the nearest underground station, which is called Stadion. There is a useful supermarket on the way to it. The Vienna underground railway system is easy to use and fast. We found that it didn't take long to get into the centre of the city. We found that our 6 day Vienna Pass was very handy, although it didn't get us into the cathedral, only the cathedral treasury. The hop on hop off buses worked well and helped us get to know the city. The included boat trip up the Vienna canal wasn't very scenic, but you can get a better trip on the Danube by walking along the river from the Hilton hotel to the Reichsbridge. As well as exploring Vienna, we did a train trip to Budapest and a catamaran trip to Bratislava. We also did a very enjoyable coach trip to Halstatt, near Salzburg. It was organized by Vienna Sightseeing.
