20 Mar 2026Place was modern, clean and had a small fridge which was constantly refilled with water and snacks. Comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Within walking distance to most tourist places but also bus stops right around the corner which was super convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

1 Jun 2026What a cool, hidden gem! Patrick met us at the door and helped us haul our luggage to our room. We were here for 9 days and we were very comfortable. The property was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was well appointed and the shower was AMAZING. The bed was clean, comfortable, and the little storage cubby had an extra comforter that we used a couple of the first nights when it was cool. We loved that we could open the window and could use the shutters for privacy. The location in Prati is perfect - it's quiet (for Italy standards) and in a great location. All we had to do was walk across the bridge to be in the heart of everything. We will definitely stay here again! Grazie di tutto!

Room is super cozy and clean, just perfect. Location is great, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We will be staying here again for sure and will recommend it to anyone is looking for accommodation in Rome.

6 Jul 2026THIS IS NOT A HOTEL!!! Based on pictures it makes you believe that the entire building is a hotel. It is not. I should have read the reviews. When I arrived I thought I was in the wrong place, I was however greeted by such a nice man named Marco. He was kind welcoming and let us check in early….. so I just said let’s make the best of it. The room was nice and the area is very central to everything this is a win.
Traveling with a child I would have rather been in a hotel.
Pros: close to every thing, owner nice, clean
Cons: TV only had a small range of Chanels
And Netflix or streaming was unavailable.
We asked for comforter or blanket and were told all they had was a sheet. On day three I did find a blanket in a cabinet.
Last and HUGE issue I prearranged transportation at noon to port as we were going to port. This was supposed to be a private car. When we were picked up there were other people in the car. I assumed they were also going to port. The driver said we would make a short stop. This was not a short stop. It was over 45 minutes change in route. We arrived until 2:08 we almost did not get on the boat. This was completely unprofessional and we still were charged the full rate.
If I was trying to book and air b nb this would be a great find. I was looking for a hotel and everything in how it’s written and pictures make you think it’s a hotel I do feel deceived. For the price it was high for a room. I am leaving an honest review. I would not recommend.

12 Jun 2026The hotel operates fully online and does not have on-site reception staff, which made the check-in process feel a bit confusing at first. If you need items like towels, shampoo, or other basic amenities, you have to wait until the next morning when housekeeping arrives.

27 May 2026BEWARE! This is not a hotel but rather a guest house. The hotel occupies one floor of the building shown in the picture. There are only 5 rooms.
There is no reception area or amenities. We were checked in and only saw someone asking if we need room service in the mornings. There is no one on site should you have an emergency. We were provided with a number to call if you do need something.
This hotel is definitely not recommended if you are travelling with kids.

10 May 2026The room was clean, spacious, and basic. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Definitely a good value.
Only downside was finding the place. It was very challenging to say the least. No signs on the front of the building or the door. We got lucky and asked a couple who was entering into the front door if they knew anything about the apartment and they suggested we go upstairs to the second floor. Happen to run into a very friendly staff member who was only there a very limited amount of time each day. Otherwise, we may still be standing on the sidewalk scratching our heads.
