First of all, I really liked the location. The cute interior and friendly staff made it a pleasant place to stay overall. However, I felt that the design sometimes took priority over the comfort and convenience of the guests. 1. It would be helpful to have more hooks inside the shower area, so guests can hang their clothes or personal belongings while showering. 2. The lid on the metal trash bin is too stiff because of the strong hinge, which makes it difficult to throw things away. 3. When changing the mattress sheets, it would be great if the area underneath the mattress could also be vacuumed. There was quite a lot of dust underneath. 4. The luggage storage area was quite messy, with things left scattered around. It would be nice if this area could be kept cleaner and more organized. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I think these small improvements would make the experience much more comfortable for guests.

​Strictly a place to sleep—and barely even that. The reception is extremely cramped, and for the price, you’d expect at least a decent common area or some basic activities. It’s a completely dead, boring hostel. Worse still, there is zero staff on-site at night, meaning people can make as much noise in the rooms as they want without any enforcement.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience during our stay. We booked a room with one double bed, but upon arrival we were given a tiny room with three single beds, two together and one o top of them. When we raised the issue with the receptionist, we were told that no other rooms were available and no alternative solution was offered. Our reservation also included a continental breakfast. However, the only items available were coffee and orange juice. When we asked about the rest of the breakfast, the staff member in the kitchen explained that they did not have anything else available that day. Additionally, the property is advertised online as a hotel, but in reality it appears to be more of a youth residence with shared accommodations. This was not what we expected based on the listing description. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and we were disappointed with both the accommodations and the services provided.

Séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble ! Le personnel était accueillant, l’ambiance chaleureuse et les équipements à la hauteur. Petit bémol cependant : la poignée de la fenêtre de notre chambre était manquante, ce qui nous a empêché d’aérer et de profiter d’un peu d’air frais pendant notre séjour. Un détail à corriger, car le reste était vraiment excellent.

A limpeza do local e a equipe muito prestativa e simpática são o show do local. Recomendo muito a estadia. O único ponto de melhoria que eu acrescentaria seriam banheiros masculinos e femininos separados. Eu fiquei em um quarto exclusivamente feminino e gostaria que o banheiro fosse da mesma forma. :). No mais, localização igualmente excelente também.

Positivo: Appena ristrutturato Pulito Zona pranzo comune con frigorifero microonde, tostapane, acqua fredda e calda (per tisane), stoviglie a disposizione che vengono lavate dal personale Zona centralissima Receptionist giorno e notte, tutti molto gentili e disponibili Da migliorare: Noi abbiamo preso una stanza con bagno privato, 3 letti, un po’ piccola per 3 persone, bisogna organizzarsi molto bene per non intralciarsi. Ci vorrebbero almeno - un po’ di ganci per appendere i cappotti (non sapevamo dove metterli) - 3 ganci in bagno per gli asciugamani da doccia (ce n’è solo uno, se fai la doccia in 3 poi non sai come appenderli per farli asciugare) - una mensolina vicino alla testa del letto, sotto la presa, per appoggiare il telefono di notte mentre ricarica. Da ricordare: - gli asciugamani da doccia sono forniti a pagamento (3€+ 5 di cauzione) - le pulizie non vengono effettuate quotidianamente
