A notre arrivée, nous avons expliqué à l’employé que nous nous étions trompés de date lors de la réservation (une journée). Il nous a répondu qu’il ne pouvait rien faire étant donné que nous n’avions pas fait affaire directement avec eux. J’assume mon erreur, alors on lui demande de louer une chambre. Il n’a jamais voulu prétextant qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre de disponible. Après plusieurs discussions, nous quittons . Arrivé dans l’auto nous vérifions sur le site d’Hotel.com, il est mentionné qu’il y a encore 8 chambre de disponible. Nous sommes rentrés dans l’hôtel et lui avons montré le site d’Hotel.com. Il a maintenu sa position en nous mentionnant qu’il ne savait pas pourquoi Hôtel.com donnait des disponibilités et a maintenu sa position en ce qui concerne la non disponibilité de chambre. Nous lui avons demandés si il y avait d’autres hôtels dans les environs et il nous a répondu qu’il n’était pas au courant alors qu’ils y en avait plusieurs a 2 km de là. Employé de mauvaise foi et aucun respect pour le client, frustré peut-être car j’avais utilisé Hôtel.com pour effectuer ma réservation.

Pets are allowed, but the fees are incredibly misleading and misrepresented at best. The fees are listed as $50 deposit and a $10 pet fee. These are written separately. And it doesn't say non-refundable deposit. It says deposit. I was told at check in that it was a "non-refundable deposit". Which I pointed out that was not what the listing says. He said he'd mention it to management. Because of the late hour and storms, and that I had pre paid the room, I had no other option but to stay there for the evening though I expressed my dissatisfaction a couple of times and will follow up with management myself.
The property was newer, mostly clean except for a large puddle of water on the floor by/under the bed and a smear on the sink handle.

Basic but clean and fresh. Comfortable bed. Minimalist decor. Kitchen has stove top, large fridge, sink, and microwave. It’s not equipped for cooking or eating so I brought my own pots and pans, dishes and flatware. No dish detergent or sponges-sort of a tease to have a nice kitchen without the necessary equipment to use it. Very easy on and off the highway and plenty of stores and restaurants around. Overall very good stay.
