Great service, great food, great rooms, great location, couldn’t ask for anything more
Ray, 1-night trip

Definitely book again.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Amanda. As I was running late due to traffic I would have missed last order for eating, spoke with Amanda who said they would keep the kitchen open a little longer. Also due to work had to leave before breakfast was served and she sorted a packed meal left in the reception. Food was really good and amazing location.

A gem of a find

Fantastic hotel with great food. Quiet when we stayed but assume very busy and buzzing with visitors in the summer due to proximity to the marina.
Katherine, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful. Dinner wasn’t bad but not mind-blowing. Breakfast was pretty good. You could tell that every detail of the room was chosen meticulously for comfort and a smaller environmental footprint. The outdoor space in the back was heavenly to watch the sunrise. I was even lucky enough to have a bunny come hangout with me.
Brandy, 1-night trip

Great stay at Galley of the Lorne

Beautiful location and very well maintained. Staff very helpful and we particularly enjoyed our evening meals. Downside was that bins in bedrooms not emptied and hospitality tray not refreshed daily
HANNAH, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Atmospheric accommodation with lovely views

Nice staff. Bedroom decor not to our liking especially compared to photos on website. Good shower. Breakfast was nice. Not sure restaurant is really fine dining.
Anthony, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Not the greatest stay. The room was mostly clean but there were cobwebs around the ceilings and black mould at the bathroom sink. We were given a very welcoming check in tho.
Iain, 1-night trip

Worth the trip

Amazing location and building. Breakfast included in the price is a boon. Our bedroom did not have a window and thus, was not entirely comfortable.
