The decor and style of this hotel are exceptional. They’ve done a perfect job on the renovations being sympathetic to the buildings original history.
Staff were also fantastic. Friendly & polite at all points. Nothing was too much trouble.
We will definitely stay again.

Room was ok.. relatively small good amenities but the TV was not impressive with limited channels options as a substitute could eb smart tv to provide the flexibility but it wasnt smart tv. The room condition is new but require more effort cleaning.. the bath robs provided were not washed with obvious stain on one of them.. floor had hair all over which mean require more attention to details while cleaning . Bed is ok but i tried calling for pillow ebeded up calling ober 7 times with no one answering the call or re calling if the call was missed.. disappointed
