Hotel excelente, equipe muito atenciosa. Destaque para o funcionário Gabriel, muito gentil. Entretanto, a equipe do time Flamengo estava no hotel o que , no primeiro dia, direcionou boa parte dos atendimentos a eles. Então é necessário que a gerência organize melhor quando receber essas equipes, já que prejudica o atendimento dos outros hóspedes.
