It was clean, cozy and the staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel was very good since it was close to multiple subway stations and major malls(namba city, namba park). It was quiet and even though it was near the train tracks the isolation was great once you close the windows.

The rooms were pretty clean. The HVAC was smelly to begin but got better overnight. Rooms are quite small if you have many luggages. Overall satisfied with the hotel and room. Staff was nice. Recommend if you don’t have kids. You need more space if you have kids and many luggages.

Staff was very welcoming and gave us early check in which I really appreciated since we walked 20 minutes on the sun to arrive here. The room was clean, spacious; The hotel looked clean as well. There is some very faint train noise due to the location next to the tracks but it's not really that bad; The only note I have is that there's nothing going on in the area so you have to either take a taxi or walk to the station to get to places; Otherwise excellent.

This was the first leg of our trip, and we stayed here for three days. The place is very convenient and close to Dotonbori, as well as convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There is also a farmers market close to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was well maintained. It is also within walking distance of the metro station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
