The hotel is only 2 minutes walk from Xantia metro station which is so helpful as you can catch the number 3 or 5 metro straight from the airport, the staff are so wonderful and helpful and didn't have any issues to complain about, would definitely stay here again

The hotel was fine but the very high rating is not justified in my opinion. The rooms are small and there is only one elevator so the waits can be long. They charge for storing the luggage after check out. It definitely feels like a budget hotel except for the great location. The breakfast was good. My room was very quiet and I slept well.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel while celebrating my mum’s 70th birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were so warm, welcoming and attentive, and the whole experience was truly special. Hospitality really should be like this everywhere! The location is perfect if you’re looking to stay in the area, and one of my favourite things about the hotel was the terrace. It has a lovely little pool, which is just perfect for cooling down and relaxing after a day out. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so lovely and memorable, especially on such a special occasion for my mum. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. We’d happily come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sleep’n Valencia. Everything was excellent — the hotel was very clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The only downside was the noise in the morning. Because the walls are not very soundproof and the hallway floors are tiled, once the housekeeping staff start cleaning the rooms after around 8:00 a.m., it can become quite noisy and difficult to continue sleeping. Apart from that, everything was amazing and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness and great service!

The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few things not finished or working. However, the staff did everything to sort out problems, were always friendly and approachable. The breakfast was great, for €12, you could fill up and not eat until the evening. The rooftop terrace wasn't finished, but you could bask in the afternoon sun and will be lovely when the pool is in operation. The beds and pillows are excellent, very comfortable. Bathrooms are well equipped, the shower has dual operation and is very good. Nice design throughout, the rooms have proper air con as well. The location is fantastic for the city centre, and is close a metro stop. An Uber to the airport is around €14. Great hotel, even better staff. Loved being there, will definitely return.

Just 5 minutes from the metro line to the airport, I was delighted to have a bigger room than I had expected. The air-conditioning was extremely quiet and worked well, and the bathroom was excellent. I think the shower would be better if there was a rack for toiletries, but that's the only thing I'd say was missing. The pool on the roof was an absolute highlight - it surpassed my expectations and it was a brilliant way to round off my afternoon. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and the coffee was excellent too. If I come back to Valencia, I'd stay here without hesitation. What a gem!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location was also excellent, just a two-minute walk from Valencia train station. However, for some reason, a strong sewage smell came from the bathroom and filled the room early in the morning. I was also a little disappointed that there was no refrigerator.

Starting from i line up for check in, staff greet me with a friendly smile, explaining me what the hotel provided, I feel very welcome. The room, nice and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable, AC is quiet and keep the room in a cool temperature, as you might know Spain could be hot! Even for a room like this, they offer two kind of shower?! Rain shower is always my fav! Anything else? Breakfast! The hotel breakfast is nice, many options of fruit and pastry, sure you would able to find what you like! At the end I just want to say thank you for the staffs who taking care of us and this newly open hotel, I can’t wait to return to this hotel soon in future!

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at SLEEP’N Valencia and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The location is perfect, we couldn’t have asked for somewhere more convenient for exploring Valencia. Everything felt so accessible, with taxis and public transport nearby, and we always felt safe walking around the local area, even in the evenings. The hotel staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, and there was always someone available 24/7 to answer any questions or help us with anything we needed. A particularly lovely touch was the birthday card and balloons waiting for me in our room on my birthday. We enjoyed the rooftop pool too. It was such a lovely, peaceful way to unwind after a day of exploring Valencia. It was quiet and relaxing, and we really appreciated having somewhere to escape to for a bit of downtime. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were perfectly adequate for what we needed and we had everything we required for a 4-night stay. Our only minor criticism would be that the floors in our room could have been cleaned more thoroughly we found ourselves constantly wiping our feet even after a shower, but this was a small issue and certainly didn't take away from an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, we loved our stay at SLEEP’N Valencia. The location, wonderful staff and little thoughtful touches made it a great base for our trip and we would stay again
