What a wonderful place to stay! The owners, Kerri and Philippe, were absolutely fantastic—so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. They also offer some great amenities, including early check-in and laundry facilities. But what really stood out to me were all the little touches, like complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, that made the stay feel extra special. You simply can't beat the location, but somehow the service and rooms are even better! It's clear that Kerri and Philippe take great pride in making their guests feel welcome. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with complete confidence!

The owners Keri and Philip are awesome, very friendly and helpful. This property is like a motel in the states and that you can drive your car up to the front door. I stayed in a renovated room that had everything I needed, frig, and microwave. There are picnic tables with umbrellas outside where I met other travelers. It’s a quiet location and walkable to town.

I booked this gem last minute and I’m so glad I dod so. The rooms have had recent upgrades, not depicted in the photos, and there’s a clean, modern look with a practical layout and amenities. In addition to the standards of the room, and a very comfortable bed, mine included a mini-fridge, which was a bonus. Bathrooms were also refreshed and modern with tall showers and a clean feel. The staff was very helpful, as well. As a last minute booking, they greeted me by name when I arrived. The co-owner (wife), Carrie, was a Florida native and was very hospitable, giving me a lay of the town and options for things to do while there—all within walking distance and very much appreciated by this English speaker. I would eagerly stay here again and fell in love with Baie Saint-Paul thanks to Carrie’s recommendations.

My gfs and I stayed here one night and we all loved it. We booked last minute, and were able to get right in. We planned an impromptu hike in Mont du Dome, which was only 30 min drive away, and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with directions. The motel is only a 10 minute walk away from the restaurants and shops and was quite scenic. We booked a room with 2 beds, which were clean and cozy. The room wasn’t huge but was perfect for three women. Water was hot, pressure was great, shampoo/conditioner/body wash were supplied, only thing I can think to complain was the towels were a bit stiff, which is to be expected. The room had a fridge and microwave and other various things you can use to prep a snack. The lobby has a fridge full of drinks, some organic, some alcoholic, but it was stacked with a wide variety. They even had a fire pit with chairs and benches and lights…AND s’mores kits which we thought was the best part. We met some of the other guests who were visiting and everyone was so lovely. Upon leaving, our car had an issue and the same man from the front desk came out to help and was so nice. He was able to help and we were able to set off on our adventure. 10/10 recommend.

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in town this is it. This place is truly charming, the proud owners are friendly and like to chat. The room is clean and cozy, it comes with everything you need to have a comfortable stay, TV with Roku, Keurig coffee maker (they supply K-Cups), minifridge, microwave. Outside they have 2 propane grills with picnic tables and even a firepit. If you have an EV there are two J1772 chargers I believe they are 9kw and they cost only 2$ per hour. They have a small menu if your want to buy snacks, also there's a convenience store across the street with a surprising selection of microbreweries beers.

Super staff, bon service, gens engagés et impliqués. Les propriétaires sont venus se présenter, savoir si tout était okay et bien nous conseiller pour notre séjour. On avait notre chien avec nous et ils sont vraiment bien chaleureusement accueilli. Espace extérieur commun avec BBQ neuf , table de pique-nique et espace foyer. Plusieurs chambres rénovées mais la salle de bain de notre chambre aurait besoin aussi d’un peu d’amour. Avec tous les autres points positifs on bien compensé ce léger point d’amélioration. Très bien localisé pour tout faire le centre-ville à pied ou la plage.
