Very good 8.0
This is one of the friendliest hotels I've stayed at. I will a little surprised that room had bunk beds, but very comfortable and appealed to my inner child. Only improvements would be that some parts of the hotel lacked love, pealing paint, for example. The other suggestion is around cleanliness. The first thing I did was collect a spare pillow from the shelf. The protective cover was dusty. This made me a little critical and I noted thick dust in the draws and some general grub. I must say though, whilst I was staying I received an email requesting feedback. I received an email within one hour from reception apologing beforw

I stayed at sleeperz on a week day so the price was cheaper than if i would have stayed on the weekend so taking that into consideration for what i payed it was good value for money. It had everything like eg hairdryer and spare pillows, no iron though. The rooms are more compact but i found them cozy. If you have a shower water does go everywhere as the bathrooms like a wet room but they do supply you with plenty of towels so not major problem just put one on the floor in the bathroom. Only thing is the walls arnt very thick , got woken up by next door boiling the kettle and going to the bathroom was so loud i thpught it was my partner getting up, but i am a light sleeper. Also there was like a curry stain on the bedding and a stain on one of the towels. The spot though for the nightlife is amazing with coyote ugly bar and other bars a really short walk. There is a pub dead opposite called tge great western too but please dont eat there! We did that mistake and found that the food was microwaved nothing was freshly made hence the cheap price. Viva brazil is on the right of sleeperz so id advise you to go there and eat. Beds were comfortable too. Dont think i would have been pleased paying the higher end though if wed have stayed there the weekend which is usually £100 plus. Oh and the bar is open 24 hrs in the hotel so that was a bonus 😊 we parked in the train station car park too which is rather reasonably priced and only a short walk from hotel.

Exceptional 10.0
Clean comfy - great location
Our stay did what it said on the tin - inexpensive but clean & comfortable. The hotel was very clean, basic but modern. I was with my daughter who had an interview in Cardiff, and we had one of the bunk bed rooms. Beds were sturdy and comfortable, the room was tiny but adequate for our needs . One big plus was big bath towels (I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels with smaller towels, yet these wrapped around you! My daughter said maybe a shelf or small table on the top bunk would have been great.

Our stay, for graduation - July 2019
I stayed with a friend in a double room - bunk beds, over three nights for our graduation. Both the room and hotel were on the smaller, as I’d seen from other reviews, but I certainly don’t think this is too an extreme level - still very reasonable value. We stayed in one of the corner rooms at the front of the hotel, overlooking the cross roads outside. I assume these rooms we slight smaller, as they aren’t fully squared spaces, but there still wasn’t a lot to complain about! Rooms are furnished very well, with a nice wet room en-suite. Also a little on the smaller side but nothing to worry about. Bunk bed ladder was a slight task to climb! Full air was available as the windows to not open. Our was on essentially always to help with the July temperatures, but all good! Huge variety of channels available through the TV. Despite being next to the central train station, noise the railways was surprisingly not an issue! Staff were very polite, willing and helpful. We did not use the hotel’s restaurant, although slightly regret the convenience. However, the surrounding city area has ample options, with a Wetherspoons pub directly across the road, and another just further around the corner; a variety of restaurants, fast food restaurants, and other hotels nearby. Would return again for future stays!

Good 6.0
the room and location are top. The issue was not from hotel but from those finished pubbing hotel guests. They arrived the hotel room late or should I say early in the morning? 2-3 o'clock, they're very inconsiderate and shut very hard the room door. The whole night you can hardly get good sleep from such circumstances.
