Room is fine. Bed is very low which is weird but it's comfortable. Technology fail as we had to wait in the lobby until key cards were make functional due to a software glitch. But Carlos made sure we were taken care of. Shower is nice. Location is great. Overall love it. Just couldn't give 5 stars due to the hectic check in.
