decent location, quick easy check-in and check-out. However, room smelled of mildew and shower had lots of mold. The glass of the shower was incredibly water stained and the shower heads were completely dirty. Also, when using hot water the shower didnt really work. For the price, didn't really think it was worth it.

Avoid at all costs!
Horrible hotel, over priced, my room had no windows, it's dirty and smells damp. The only good thing about the hotel is the girl at the front desk very helpful and friendly.

Just ok and overpriced
Just not worth the money. At 75 dollars just to have a window? This hotel should have been way nicer. It was very standard, and similar to other hotels that cost 35-40 dollars in the city. Room had dirt on the floor, a dead fly, and no bags in the garbage bins. Beds were alright but sheets felt almost slimy. Never do you laundry with them! They charge per item. staff need to work on their English.

Great Location
You can find cosy cafe for a drink and massage at a reasonable rate. There is also an authentic vietnamese cafe nearby to enjoy a great healthy home cook meal. Pharmacy, Bakery shop nearby too.

Good hotel in Tay Ho
This is a nice hotel located in the Tay Ho district of Hanoi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and bright but can get noisy because it faced the busy Xuan Dieu road. Breakfast is simple and not always what you asked for.

nice hotel..lousy breakfast
Stayed here for one night as stopover before flying out of Hanoi airport on way to Hoi an. The hotel room was faultless. We booked a deluxe room with city views. Don't know if we were upgraded but the room was huge and had a small balcony (see photos) and had a wonderful view of the big lake. However when we booked, a feature was that there was a buffet breakfast included. Not so!! Breakfast needed to be pre ordered the night before and what had been ordered was incorrect and the standard of the food was dreadful. Had we stayed here longer we would not have bothered with breakfast preferring to eat at any of the wonderful French style cafes within walking distance. Recommend a restaurant called St. Honore. The French style cuisine here was as good as anything we had in Paris and Cannes.
