This was most definitely one of the worst places I have stayed in Lyon. The staff were rude, the condition of the rooms are basic at best. The cost of the accommodation is overpriced. The best way to describe the accommodation was student accommodations.

Now normally I would accept as my responsibility when making the booking, but the link on Expedia pointed to a totally different hotel in the city. Event the hotel clerk was shocked when she tried it herself. So we had a hotel far out from where we wanted to be.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms. When I realized and asked the front desk they were very rude and insisted it was my fault for not knowing. I needed to change hotels - the temperature over the next few days was >30C. They refused to refund the remaining nights. I left and contacted Hotels.com and they were able to get my refund. Air will be out for quite some time. I would not go back simply because of the way I was treated.
