Accommodation was excellent. Host/Owner John was so nice. Made himself available if needed. Went beyond our needs when we decided to stay longer and found us other B & B due to his being booked. Gave us information on things to do and we did them. Excellent stay. Breakfast was delicious!! Highly recommend Hidden Springs.

The stay was fabulous! The owner, John, was fantastic! The breakfasts were excellent! This was our 1st time to stay at a B&B in our 47 years of marriage! Hidden Cottages will be hard to beat for any future B&B stays!! Thank you, Hidden Cottages!

Super nice host and the food was great and room was very comfortable. The home is historic and cute but is showing signs of some needed repair. It’s in an excellent location and is a very good value for the area.

6/10 Good

Staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Room we stayed in was listed as having a shower tub combo. It was a deep Jacuzzi tub with a showerhead at tub level. There was no curtain or shower enclosure, so this is not really a shower. You would have to sit in the tub and hold the showerhead in order to take a shower. Room was not as clean as we would like it to be. There were dead bugs on the windowsill and cobwebs in the door frame. The room smelled musty/moldy. Bed was not very comfortable.

This is a nice quant place that is quiet but still close to shopping/dining. John is the best host, super friendly, wanting to make your stay the best. We stayed in the little cottage. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, surfed alot of tv channels and we enjoyed watching the deer off the deck in the evening. Perfect getaway!

This was the first time we have stayed at a bed and breakfast in general so i didn’t quite know what all to expect! However, John runs this place beautifully!! When we arrived at the property no one was there but the sign on the door told us to give John a call! First he let us know about a last minute cancellation and that they had upgraded us from a suite to the beautiful Slumber Hill Cottage! Even though he was not there to show us around he was very thorough over the phone which was nice as it left me with no further questions! We were able to enjoy even a rainy evening outside because there was a covered porch deck! We even saw some deer passing by! The next morning John delivered breakfast straight to our door at exactly the time we requested ! Coffee, juice, bananas with cinnamon and a delicious quiche for each of us! Truly a treat! We travel to eureka springs quite frequently but i know next time hidden springs will be top of our list of places to stay!! Thank you again for a wonderful quick birthday trip for my husband!

Nice and quiet, with a friendly and helpful owner with convenient location close enough and far enough away from the main strip.

Absolutely loved this little cottage! Amber was an excellent, kind, and very welcoming host and the place was beyond cute! It's walkable to all the restaurants and bars downtown while also being a cute private getaway in case you wanted to stay in. Breakfast was delicious and we ate on our patio with deer on the property which was so lovely! Our place had a shower but Amber noted that not all of the cottages did so if that is something essential to you make sure you choose a cottage with one, but we preferred the massive jet tub anywho! Only only critique is that while shampoo and body wash are provided conditioner was not, which would be no biggie 9/10 times but of course this was the one trip I forgot to pack our hair supplies! Could not recommend this property enough :) Wish we stayed more than one night!

My spouse and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The host, John, may be one of the most pleasant people I have encountered. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, attentive to any questions or concerns that we had, and genuinely cared about making sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. He was so overwhelmingly welcoming that we immediately felt more like we were staying at a good friend's house than with a stranger. We stayed in the Silent Springs suite. The themeing of our room was fantastic, with all pieces of decor matching the "new-old town" aesthetic really nicely. The room had a few minor bits of wear and tear, but was remarkably clean. The tub is massive, and was able to comfortably fit both of us (I'm 6'5", so this is a very rare experience for me). Having a window unit for AC and heat may be a turn off for some people, but due to the nature of the area (pretty much every building is designated historical), I can't really count that as a detractor. Just be aware that this house was built in 1902 and has a few quirks that add to the "Eureka Springs" vibe. Location wise, this is a fairly convenient spot. It's on a decently quiet road, but is still within easy walking distance of downtown Eureka. If you're looking for a unique B&B experience that adds to the old school feel of Eureka Springs with a wonderful host, this is the spot. If you're looking for a more modern feeling and hotel chain style room, this may not be for you.

Best Breakfast ever!
We knew it was going to be a good stay when John answered on the first ring with "Hello my friend". He gave great directions, his recommendations were the best and he provided everything we needed for our stay. John was the best host we could have asked for and his breakfasts were DELICIOUS. He should really have a cookbook... we would be the first to buy it. The cottage is quaint but a little hard to find from the backroad so be sure and note landmarks along the way.

It's a charming property near enough to town to walk and far enough to not be in the flow of traffic. The service was FIRST RATE. Amber was awesome from check in to check out. Property is showing a little want for updating/repair, but nothing that was a deal breaker. Would have appreciated a tea pot or kettle instead of only coffee makers. Would stay again for certain.

Musty… smelly room!
Notice, there is no shower in this room, there is no way to darken the room at night, bed was comfortable and Amber friendly and accommodating, BUT this particular cabin was so musty, could not sleep! It was on a lower level, and was cave like.

Great place to stay in Eureka Springs.
This historical well maintained house and grounds is a great place to stay in Eureka Springs. The host is very helpful and friendly. The location is walking distance to downtown but is just ever so slightly away from it all...just right.
