Went to pour a bath the water was brown and did not drain properly so left it overnight went to take a shower the head came off the wall I sell out of bath tub have a huge welt and bruise on my leg. The front desk said sorry and that was it. Unimpressed. I cut my trip short because I was having difficulty walking

Very beautiful room! Delicious breakfast and the ambiance is amazing. Loved the views from our room! The room was very luxe with auto curtains, sound proof rooms, modern deep green decor and high quality soaps and lotions. I would stay here a million times over! 10/10 highly recommend!

I was disappointed that in the past there were drinks in the fridge as part of the complementary mini bar were no longer available. I have stayed at that hotel many times over the years and it was always great to have the included drinks
so it was disappointing that it was no longer included.
I’ll have a look at other hotels and what they offer as this hotel no longer provides the same service.

Lighting can improve particularly in the gym which is extremely dark.
The location is very convenient with only minutes walk to all types of transportation including Metro, tram and train. It takes less than 45 minutes to go to the airport by Metro with one transfer. Cruise terminal is also within walking distance.
