When we checked in the bed sheets was dirty , there was blood everywhere on the mattress and the sheets and we found a lot of insects in the room and the bathroom. The phone number for the hotel isn’t working. I have tried to contact them for over 2 days now but the phone number that is written on the hotel card are wrong. So I can’t get in contact with them.

Very poor in all aspects
Below average in every aspect. Appreciate it was ramadhan! We booked for 11 nights after night two our towels disappeared and requesting them every day from then on went avail. The reply was “after Magrib” that never happened then night before Eid said there will be there by 7am when Eid prayers were at 6.30! Reception staff especially the men were ignorant, constantly on the phone, not listening at all. For the price charged especially due to ramadhan it was totally unacceptable

The stay was good until the last day. I left my luggage with the front desk for an hour and when I came back, they couldn't find my luggage. They gave my luggage to someone else and would not do anything further than that. They promised to look at the cameras but one week after me calling them asking about my case, nothing new occurred, and they are still investigating. I will never stay here again
