We arrived late one evening, reception was closed, however they’d called & messaged instructions in advance. Our room was ready, keys collected, and parking sorted. Outstanding service! Great recommendations for local places, comfortable & modern room w style. Friendly staff. Oh, and they took great care to accommodate our dog!

This is more of a boutique hotel with a touch of a bed and breakfast feel. Just one floor of rooms, with the feeling of it being privately operated. The AC was broken the duration of our stay and we weren't informed of this until we asked. The staff were extremely pleasant, kind and helpful, though. Free bottled water and Nespresso coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Overall it was a decent stay with a few hiccups, but I must admit I was surprised the hotel wasn't what the images lead me to believe it would be.

The whole hotel was very clean. Our room was modern and well cared for. Breakfast was great. It was more than a basic continental breakfast with bread, cereal, and fruit. There were meats, cheeses, tomato for “pan tumaca.” Check in was easy. The staff was really friendly. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff treated us to a glass of wine. It was hot out and I don’t sleep well in the heat so I was grateful that the air conditioning in the room was top notch. The location was perfect - lots of great bars and restaurants just a block or two away. The beach is also really close. We will stay here again when we return!

A delightful hotel in San Sebastián/Donostia
This hotel is well situated near the surfing beach. It is well placed for restaurants, etc, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station (how I arrived) and the old town. It provides beach towels to its guests. The staff was friendly and conversant in English. I was very pleased with my stay. It provides water bottles for its guest (the first one is free, the second one should be paid on an honor system) and coffee in the morning (again payment is on an honor system).

Clean, spacious, comfortable, and accommodating and lovely staff! Location is central and close to old town and other surrounding vacinities. Only down side was the noise. It faces a very busy, main road and people are out late and hanging out at shops below. Additionally, street cleaners came by which was exceptionally noisy. I got about 2.5 hours sleep. If I had packed earplugs I think it would have been better. This was the only downfall.

Perfect stay
We arrived in San Sebastian feeling very tired after having travelled for a few days. So being warmly received and having a lovely large room with big sparkling bathroom and a superbly comfortable super king sized bed was bliss. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a pleasant stroll from San Sebastian's centre. Parking is around the corner and discounted. We bought our dog, and she was welcomed effusively by the hotel receptionist. Some very appreciated small touches was a complimentary bottle of Red wine in our room and a help yourself fridge which was in the corridor outside of our room, full of small bottles of water. There was an honesty box for you to pay for them, and we were grateful as we had forgotten to pick up any water whilst we were out exploring. All in all, a perfect hotel stay that was most enjoyable.

Lovely renovated rooms and a good breakfast for the price (peach cake included!) Special mention to Laura, who was an excellent receptionist, breakfast manager and trouble shooter. She seemed to be there morning and night and when a mechanical problem with our AC required a technician, she managed to find two fans for our room for the evening as it was a Sunday.
