Serviço muito acolhedor, com um front cordial e solícito, bem como camareiras gentis. O CDM não conta com muitas opções em geral, e perto das 9h já quase não há reposição. A limpeza dos ofurôs, bem como a roupa de cama/banho e as condições dos quartos estão clamando por maior atenção e renovação (peguei toalhas manchadas, ofurô com alguns pêlos e o painel da parede da cama já soltando quando tiramos o carregador da tomada). Muito bem localizado, sem dúvidas o melhor ponto da Liberdade. Não foi minha primeira vez no hotel, mas senti uma queda na qualidade do mencionado acima.

A estadia foi boa. O hotel é muito bem localizado, de fácil acesso, o estacionamento é bom também. O quarto é confortável, mas não tem a tranca interna nos quartos, o que causa um incomodo. Estávamos no quarto que um moço do hotel se confundiu e entrou no nosso quarto com a chave mestra. Se tivesse a tranca, isso não teria acontecido. O café da manhã é fraco em opções. Apenas 3 frutas, o café acabava toda hora e não estava tão quente. No geral, é um bom hotel, confortável, silencioso e bem localizado. Apenas o café e a questão da chave que me incomodou na minha estadia.
