We loved staying here. It was the in the perfect locations. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Fernanda arranged tours and transportation for us. She made sure we had a great trip! We went for the very first time to Mexico City and this was the perfect location. Staff were all amazing. We were celebrating my son's 25th birthday. They surprised him with a beautiful message and cake. The concierge was super helpful in recommending tours for us to enjoy. To top it off, all the food and drinks at the cafe were included. Loved this place and will certainly be back. Thank you for making our time there spectacular.
