I’ve stayed at many other 5 star resorts like Kempinski,Mulia,ayana,Sofitel,Conrad, renaissance Uluwatu, padma, alila ect. So my expectations were VERY HIGH when I booked it. I felt skeptical at first since I was let down by other hotels, but everything went smoothly….from the Check in process, breakfast, the room and much more!!! The one thing that I’d like to mention is that the staff are absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! Every single one of them …. Even the gardeners are so polite they will bow and greet the guest…. (Which doesn’t usually happen at other resorts) the spa was also amazing, we didn’t want to leave this place!

This place sucks for a 5 star resort. To be clear, it’s still a 5-star resort (property is awesome, it’s right on the beach, food is good and there are plenty of options) but I’d spend my money elsewhere. The biggest issue is everything is overpriced. You pay $10-12 (that’s USD) per cocktail and you get tiny portions disguised in tall glasses, but it’s like 6 oz. Wine was $20 per glass. It’s also a huge headache to do/order anything because you always have to sign for it (we wanted a couple towels one day and had to sign a checkout form). The bureaucracy was crazy. And they were always having weddings that are loud and disruptive. The main restaurant was closed one night for a wedding party. When you spend that much on a room you don’t want to get nickel and dimed on everything else and that’s what it felt like.

Great stay in Nusa Dua
Had a great stay with the family. All the staff members were so friendly and welcoming. The service was 10/10 and made the stay even better. The junior suite we booked was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The buggy service was great to get around the hotel. The grounds were immaculate and was nice to stroll around. The kids club was probably the best one we’ve experienced. The staff members there seemed to genuinely care about the kids and made them feel special.
