This is a lovely boutique hotel/ bed and breakfast . Small and intimate but exceeded my expectations. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and huge. Hot water not an issue. Tv stations limited and wifii spotty. Lobby and dining area decor were fabulous. 3 min walk down steep steps to the lovely Ocean blu beach greeted by friendly and very helpful Musa. Service was top notch on all levels. Breakfast was continental with cooked eggs to selection. Only downside was accessing the property from major roads- difficult as not many taxis go by and would be a good 20 min dusty stroll to a major road. Would stay there again nonetheless however with dedicated taxi driver and after buying my own data plan. Recommend highly.

The perfect place to stay if you don’t want hassle
The hotel was perfect. Quiet friendly excellent food. The pool was clean and great. The bed was comfy and the beach was perfection. So much better than Senegambia. The boys on the beach were friendly. No hassle. Wonderful. Pauls was hardworking and fun. I totally recommend this hotel.

Fight at the Hotel
My stay was fine up until the last night when a fight broke out between a local and a guest. There was alot of shouting but turned out the local was well known to the hotel and was married to a British lady who I think was also a guest at the hotel. The local also claimed he was sleeping with the manager but I am not sure how true that is. In any case, it totally destroyed my holiday and in will not be returning.

The hotel is nice, small and cosy, however a bit isolated. The rooms were not in the best condition (roof looked like it was falling in and window nets were wobbly and unsteady). There was no main reception and no telephone in the rooms to call the office/"reception". Also, there was no one to pick us up at the airport although arrival time was given and the room was not completely ready upon arrival. Lastly, there was a wedding reception held on our last night, which they had "forgotten" to enlighten us about. Although the entertainment would've be fun for some people, we had our soon to be 3 year old child with us and it was our last night. We just wanted to relax but due to the event, which was held on the side our window and balcony were facing, we were kept up by loud music until 11pm. On the positive end the staff are very friendly, it is a very clean hotel and it is close to the beach! All-in-all I would not rate it a 4 star hotel. My rating would rather be a 2 star.

또하나, 이 호텔의 좋은점은 아프리카의 여러호텔과 비교해 볼 때 와이파이가 상당히 잘 터진다는 점입니다. 아뭏든 객실담당 폴라씨도 아주 친절하고 근방 호텔중 추천1위의 호텔입니다.

a little gem in a peaceful location
This is a charming small hotel in a lovely quiet location overlooking the ocean. The room was large, light and airy with a modern feel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I only stayed 2 nights off season but would love to return for longer. If you want to just relax then this is the place for you.

Hotel tres bruyant
Je n'ai eu aucune des prestations pour lesquelles j'avais paye : pas de petit dejeuner complet, pas de cafe, pas de lumiere la plupart du temps car generateur coupe par economie, draps pas changes, ni gel douche ni shampoing, pas d'eau chaude....
La piscine est occupee par les enfants des proprietaires, bowling en plein air sous les balcons ou la proprietaire joue avec ses enfants et tout cela en poussant des cris en permanence en plus du bruit des boules et des quilles.
Des ordres hurles des le matin de bonne heure.... Jamais de calme.
Le manque absolu de repect.
Des ouvriers en permanence dans ma chambre, un defile constant pour rien.
Je pourrais ecrire un roman !

could be a little gem!!!!
position of room great!!!,room its self not prepared,not well cleaned ,television not connected ,shower/ no hot water,greasey/dirty shelf surfaces ,room badly decorated, odd fittings,sparsely furnished with 2nd hand furniture. NOT. 4* even by Gambian standards.Clearly completed on a very tight budget,no attention to detail .However the staff were great ,friendly and welcoming,food good great location,if a little isolated. Were assured things would improve and if they were to be? would go back.

Lovely little hotel
Lovely little hotel, excellent spacious room and great service. A little noisy at times - owner could consider guests more when entertaining friends in the hotel in the middle of the night and building noise next door didn't create the most peaceful environment either. Otherwise nice little place, private, amazing service from the staff and great view on the ocean!
