I am very impressed with customer services, from check in, doorman bellman, housekeeper and waiters/waitress at the restaurants. They made me feel very comfortable, super friendly and care. All the services and facilities were excellent, and I was very satisfied. However, there was an issue with the taxi arranged by the hotel after check-out. The driver charged 1,350,000 VND for a trip to the airport, which took about 20 minutes. This was more than ten times the price compared to Grab services. It seemed like the driver was trying to overcharge me, but I had no choice but to pay because of my flight schedule. The hotel should ensure that taxi drivers they arrange are properly educated about fare standards.
