The room was not upgraded, smelly and not very clean. The people working not friendly and not helpful. The restaurant was ok but the bugs were flying over the food. Inadequate sanitation, so a relative got sick. In other words i would never go to this hotel again.

Vi var en familie på 9 personer fordelt på 3 værelser med udsigt mod skoven. Vi fik en god behandling ved ankomst. Fik hurtigt vist vores værelser, som var rene og pæne ift. en 3 stjernes hotel. Man kan godt se at hotellet er fra 80'erne, men stadigvæk pænt og rent. Hotellet er familievenlig og ligger dirkte på stranden som er velligholdt og er virkelig smukt sted. Man har engang til flere pools. Personalet på hotellet er meget venlige og snakkesaglige. Ved angår maden, havde vi valgt all inclusive og det var vi meget glad for. Maden smagte himmelsk og det var gode variation dagligt. Det eneste minus ved hotellet er parkeringspladser, som var lidt svært at finde en ledig plads. Overorden Jeg vil meget varm anbefale hotel Mura, hvis man vil gerne have en afslappet og rolig tur til Bulgarien.
