Great location - small space, awkward entrance, friendly host. You can hear the other guests / thin walls. Nice breakfast and service is good. This stay was OK. Room was good sized and clean. It was large, and I did have the view from my balcony as shown in the photo. The thing is, getting to the balcony was a bit tricky as the window/doors were small and a bit hard to squeeze through, at least for a six plus footer such as myself. It was good that though the plaza is quite large and had lots of activity, you heard nothing with the door/windows closed. Bathroom was also nice. Staff person was very helpful and friendly. This was another case of a "hotel" that really was just a collection of rooms in a larger building. I am not even sure if it qualified as a B and B as I didn't see breakfast anywhere in the a.m., but I didn't really explore the layout too much and left early to get to the train station. You have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to the "hotel", as there is no elevator of any kind. Decent stay for one night.

A wonderful little boutique hotel right in the heart of Piazza Navona. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Rome, with so many of the city’s main sights, restaurants, and beautiful piazzas within easy walking distance. It was a little tricky to find at first, but once we arrived, it made for a fantastic base to explore the city. The shower wasn’t the best, but that was a small trade-off for such an unbeatable location and charming stay. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

Perfect location. Large, clean room with comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The best part: the view from the balcony! Beautiful piazza with gorgeous fountain and lots of activity but still chill and quiet. As soon as we stepped out on the balcony, there was a man proposing to his wife in the piazza - it’s that beautiful and romantic. Next time we’re in Rome we will stay here again.
