Bathroom is poorly designed with a bad drainage system. Every shower caused the floor to flood. No bathroom slippers were provided. Bathroom stall door cannot fully open because the towel rack is directly behind the door leaf; preventing the door to fully open. Not enough towels were provided. Telephone last were not working and had to walk all the way to reception to report issues twice,

First of all, although i booked a 2 twin bed room, when i called to confirm my booking the worker on the phone told me that the room is not available as my booking is a king sized bed (but i have this choice written in my itinerary). And when i arrived the other guy on the reciption gave a 2 twin bed room right away when i showed him the itinerary. The issue is that why did the first worker denied the availability of a toom when clearly they have rooms? The second isssue is that the room is very very far from the lobby (somethimg like 4-6 min walking and 1 floor up) and no signs showing each wing has room numbers from what to what till mid hallway (which is very retarded) I was there with my mom and she has osteoarthritis and it was very unpleasant to ber to walk all this way back and forth just to get in or out of the room The room was clean, but the carpet has a lot of stains on it (food spills) The air conditioning was bad (it’s eaither very cold or very hot) couldn’t adjust it despite trying a lot The price of food there is very expensive for the quality (totally hated it) And finally the lobby is very humid and hot, whenever I’m there i sweat a lot.
