Service at pool
The staff at swimming pool who was lighting the candle around the pool was very poor attitude. She literally bang the door of each candle holder and made so much noise to a point I need to leave the pool. I think that's what she wanted to do. To get rid of all the guests at pool. I did not expect such level of service at park hyatt at all.

The place is well-planned and very convenient for everywhere. Breakfast included serves very nice meals and drinks there. Further, please do try the Chinese restaurant located at 37 floor and enjoy the boundless swimming pool and fancy gym facilities at 35 floor. Last but not least, I really like the hotel service. The hotel kindly extended our check-out time.

Very Noble, Refined sensed wth advanced facilities
Enough experiences towards Foreighers who can only speak English. We can achieve rapid check-in without actual passports, with Only certification document issued by Chinese goverment. In the other hotels, long took time taken (over a half hour), more subsequence documents needed, in worst case, refused to stay. Very clever, sharp, and kind staffs at front office. Very noble, refined sensed furnitures, room accessories, facilities we can see not only in each room but also public spaces. Great, beautiful pool which can see supream city biew, amazing breakfast we can have not only delicious many foods but also active performance by many chef's. Front staffs （Mr. Mark and a gentleman) are so kind that we can have valuable information for travel. Suitable or reasonable for price.
