Never again unexpected for Hampton Inn
Reversed room had refrigerator that was broken a bed that was too uncomfortable to sleep on. After checking in with lots of bags, no one offered to help are even moved the cart for me.
Then I move rooms. The front desk person wanted me to go all the way back downstairs with all my things and get the key. I told him I couldn't do that. So he brought the key up to me reluctantly. After moving rooms I found the coffee Maker was broken. She toilet wouldn't flush and the next day. I didn't have hot water for 3 hours out of the morning. Answer late, check out on hotels.com and in person, and over the phone there. Still wanna checking out no new about it. Even though it was set approved. And finally the room I was moved to had a broken phone. Didn't work not really sure what worked there at all. And it was raised apart as far as cleaning as carpet was very dirty
