This has had to be the most unsanitary and disgusting place I have ever seen. From the hotel lobby to the rooms. I checked out as soon as opened the door and was greeted with a GROUP of roaches. 0/10 would not recommend!

Air was good. The kitchen did not have any pans or anything at that for me to cook. The floors were so dirty looked like they have not been cleaned or moped in a long time. The tv was so small and the tv was so far from the beds and so low. The elevator did not work I have to walk all the way to the 4th floor with my little kids every time I left and came back I didn’t enjoy my stay at all!

On the 3rd floor elevator did not work we booked our hotel on your website for nonsmoking that did not happen. I was told first come first served which I’ve never heard of I really need a refund I have spine issues had to walk up 3 flights of stairs my daughter has asthma in a room that was pouring out smoke may I add the whole 3rd floor is a smoking floor! Let not forget the wrestling team that stayed above us I had to complain on 6 times just stumping and wrestling all not worse experience! Thanks to the front desk guy who did let me get a late check out which was a reasonable price.

We got in our room and the ac wouldnt do a thing. The fridge had rust spots all on it and the bed sheets had a stain on them. They were booked up and didnt have a room for us. They offered a fan to help with the temperature of the room but thay wouldnt of did a thing. The hotel also smelled like a ash tray. The fire alarm was going off the whole time we were there in the lobby. Which was a matter of 10 minutes at the most.

Took almost two hours to check in then another 3 hours to get a remote to be able to watch tv. Also I booked my room 3 weeks in advance and it was a non smoking room and they put me in a smoking room because the staff didn’t clean the non smoking rooms. My son had to wait for his room from 9 pm to almost 1am for them to have him a clean room available.

The place was clean and either updated or pretty new. Staff were reasonably nice, even if a little disinterested. The furnishings were nice, the room clean and comfortable, and everything worked like (I think) it was designed. There was no hot water to the kitchen, but I'm not sure there was meant to me. The biggest issue is that this place was billed as an extended stay-type place with a kitchen so we could cook our own meals. While there was exactly the fridge I expected, exactly the stove I expected, and a microwave...there were precisely ZERO pots, pans, trays, cutting boards or anything else that you'd expect to have for even a small kitchen. And that's not all...precisely ZERO plates, bowls, cups, knives, spoons...etc. BUT, there were 3 forks. So there was that. Nice place, reasonably priced, great location for what we needed...just not quite as advertised in terms of functionality as a mini-apartment.
