Pelo preço esperava mais pelo hotel. Não chega a ser uma experiência terrível mas é muito desconfortável. A cama é horrível, a cadeira de apoio é terrível. O lugar é cheio de mosquito. Você simplesmente não consegue ficar nas áreas comuns sem repelente. E são mosquitos da dengue. o atendimento poderia melhorar também... Alguns atendentes não são muito simpáticos. O café da manhã é muito bom, mas é repetido... Se você for ficar mais de um dia vai comer exatamente a mesma comida todos os dias.

Local muito bonito, estrutura confortável e aconchegante. Equipe muito educada, café da manhã servido na mesa e com ótimas opções. Limpeza dos quartos impecável. A noite fica um clima bem agradável e ótimo para um vinho. Únicos pontos de atenção: horário do restaurante a noite, encerra as 21h.. cedo no fds; estaciomaneto interno pequeno, então se estiver cheio, dá para parar na rua mesmo e a limpeza da piscina deixo a desejar, água muito turva e paredes com limo.

Bom, mas poderia ser melhor.
A estadia em si, foi boa. No entanto apesar de informar a disponibilidade de estacionamento, ao realizar o check-in nos fora comunicado que o estacionamento era pago e ficava em um local fora do hotel, destacando-se que não pareceu ser um lugar seguro para fazer o trajeto à noite entre o hotel e o estacionamento que fica, na verdade, em um estacionamento de um supermercado que não pareceu ter controle/segurança dos veículos. Além disso, o quarto disponibilizado era extremamente pequeno, não condizente com as fotos publicizadas e o ar-condicionado apresentava problemas com o controle remoto que, mesmo sinalizado logo no início da estadia, só foi regularizado ao chegarmos à noite e reiterar a solicitação de auxílio, sendo urgente a necessidade de fazer sua limpeza/manutenção! O café da manhã, por sua vez, certamente foi um destaque, sendo um dos melhores já provados dentro do padrão do hotel, no entanto, o espaço físico em si não pareceu comportar os hóspedes de maneira adequada, sobretudo quando em lotação completa, como foi no período de nossa estadia. Resumindo, um bom custo benefício, desde que seja tão somente um ponto de apoio..
