Great location with excellent facilities. We loved the fact the apartment had a washer, with traveling for so long, itʻs great to be able to wash our clothes! Loved the small gym and the safe parking for our car rental, which had access straight into the building via an elevator which made it easy with all our luggage. Would recommend for a stay in central Manchester.

Pleasant and helpful reception staff, spacious apartment nice and clean but some areas of the layout or design could be improved, very little space beside the bed to get in and out. Sadly it was noisy at night lots of doors banging, knocking on doors and shouting from 5 am until gone 6:30am also some street noise throughout the night. Kitchen had what you need but in only the bare minimum quantity toaster wasn't brilliant,it worked but only did half the bread on one side. It was àt a good price and is in a good location so it's a shame that the noise spoilt it for us.

Paid for early check in but room wasnt available until standard check in time. We were offered free late checkout as recompense but we didn't really need that. Instructions on parking location were not clearly communicated prior to arrival which is a simple thing that could have reduced a friction point. Overall, good clean apartment, good value, staff helpful and friendly. Just a couple of points that stopped it being 5 stars
