A large and well-organized high-class hotel with all the comforts a guest can ask for. Extremely kind and pleasant staff (I would like to thank the concierge Ismail and the waiter Osama) who take care of their guests. If I ever return to Marrakech, I will be their guest again.

Lovely stay, fantastic hotel
Our stay at the Savoy Le Grand was terrific. The hotel is modern and clean, and our spacious and well-appointed room (King Room Prestige). It is a short taxi ride from the airport, and most attractions are within 30-40 minutes walking distance. There are some nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel, which is also attached to a shopping mall

Decent and did the job.
Hotel is in a great location ... central to many of the areas best restaurants and clubs. Walking distance to many key visiting attractions. Hotel staff overall are amazing however reception staff could do with some retraining on welcoming guests .. were moody and provided mis-leading info and when later questioned backtracked. As many reviews say, whilst the hotel has a modern look, the rooms are very very dated but comfortable. Negatives were both outdoor pools were not heated and hence water was freezing, they have a lovely indoor pool but who wants to be indoors on holiday ? The Spa which is used for marketing the hotel is NOT actually part of the hotel. You have no access in your perks and need to pay for it all, and staff at SPA again were miserable, so i used external spa's for my treatments which were superb. Breakfast is great / fresh and so much variety. Overall, so much potential but compared to other 5 star properties, this feels like a 3 1/2 star at best for key areas lacking attention. Didn't spoil overall trip but some improvements and this could be one of the best.

Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. We paid for a 3rd guest and it took them a long time to get us the rollaway bed. Also, an airport shuttle was advertised but unavailable at the hotel and they were arranging taxis which were over-priced for a 10minute drive. We also paid for a comprehensive hammam experience but they definitely didn’t offer us the whole hour and was more basic than advertised. The Wi-Fi is also unreliable. Overall, a nice hotel but has some kinks that should be addressed especially if they’re claiming it’s a 5 star hotel

Very old property. For a 5 star hotel it has weird rules, can’t bring outside food and wine into the hotel, you cannot sign for any of the stuff you use during your stay and have to pay off right away, once checked out they give you a special pass to get your luggage. Not bad, but not a 5 star feel.

This hotel made our holiday. It was definitely worth the premium. The buffet breakfast was fabulous with such great international variety! The rooms were spacious and facilities ample. Chaima, the guest relations manager was amazing…she went above & beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you again Chaima…we really appreciate it.
