Charming stay undermined by overpricing
The Good:
• The hotel offers a charming and authentic cave hotel experience.
• Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed; mine included a hot tub, which was a lovely touch.
• The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, a great way to start the day.
The Not-So-Good:
• I felt disappointed with the tours booked through the hotel. The experience didn’t match expectations, as the guide seemed disengaged, and the lunch stop was underwhelming.
• Similarly, I found better rates for hot air balloon rides and other activities by researching and booking independently.
Overall:
While the accommodations and food were enjoyable, I’d recommend making your own arrangements for tours and activities to ensure better value and transparency.
