It’s on the 4th floor. To use elevator need 0.20 cent coin every time. Cannot bring car to unload bags near the apartment. Need to go to a parking garage and unload. Parking garage charges 25 euros per day. The walk is 7 minutes to the apartment. Have to walk with your bags to the apartment through cobblestone streets. Of the 3 nights we stayed, 2 days did not get hot water. One day the elevator broke down. Would not recommend for Seniors.

Stay in Naples
The building is very old, apartment inside is ok renovated in some areas but bathrooms and kitchen is not, Upon arrival plates were put wet and dirty in drawers, kitchen towels were very dirty. I booked 6 days was promised a change of towels and sheets after 3 days but it didn’t happen till one of the rooms were checked out and they came to clean it and had to contact the owner to let the lady provide the towels. Bathroom faucets and pipes are copper which has the green bluish oxidation on them(mold), bad ventilation or may be need a change for filters( husband got sick because of it) Responding is an issue with the responsible person, in most cases had to contact owner directly. The area is very authentic but very noisy, elevator in the building for 20 cents to go up, did not know and couldn’t understand Italian so carried luggage to the 4th floor.

Central, very nice large B&B with terrasse. The room was super clean, light. The place has a great kitchen and terrasse. Breakfast is good. I just wish there were maybe fresh bread in the morning. But other than that, super nice place!

Great B&B minutes away from tourist attractions
It was wonderful stay at the Cerasiello B&B. Easy to find with the help of Google map. Walking distance of all attractions in the old town and minutes away from metro/ train station Piazza Cavour. Situated on the 4th floor (elevator available for 20 cents) with beautiful terrace. The room was very spacious and it’s a self serve breakfast.

2nd stay, still a great experience
This was our second stay at B&B Cerasiello - and we chose it again because we had enjoyed it so much during our first stay last year. It is basically an apartment with 4 bedrooms (each with its own full bathroom) available to rent, and the kitchen, living room and outside dining area/balcony shared by all guests. This works particularly well if you are travelling as a group (which we were) so you end up having a beautiful apartment in the middle of Naples for a very reasonable price. The kitchen is fully stocked with breakfast items (milk, juice, bread, jams, fruit, cereals, tea, coffee, etc) and you do your own washing up which we don't mind. The apartment is kept to a very high standard and the air conditioning is very welcome during the muggy summer months. Be prepared to get endure, and eventually enjoy, the crazy hustle and bustle of the narrow cobbled streets in this part of Naples - if you want to truly experience the 'raw' culture of Naples life, you could not ask for a better location. When you've had enough of that, you will enjoy a true oasis of peace and comfort in the amazing balcony area (the main reason we stayed again) which you can enjoy for your dinner in the cool evening, or just to read while enjoying a superb Italian coffee! We will definitely consider B&B Cerasiello for our next trip!

Nice Bed and breakfast in a good location
The bed and breakfast is a 4 bed appartment in a central location near the station and shops. The bedrooms were roomy and clean and the flat had a beautiful courtyard. The ambience was lovely. The downside was that it is on the 4th floor and you needed 20 cents everytime you are going out and downstairs with the lift and coming back upstairs. We were well looked after.

Cramped Quarters
The B&B itself was very clean. However, the room we were given was cramped and uncomfortable for two friends--by far the smallest room we stayed at on our trip. We had requested a room with two twin beds, but were given a room with only one double bed. When I asked about this, Luigi (the concierge) told me there were no twin rooms. We later found out this was not true., because another guest showed us his room, and it had two beds and was triple the size of our room. Our bathroom was small and dark, and the mirror was so high up that my friend had to stand on her tiptoes to see more than the top of her face. Overall, we were dissatisfied with our accommodations, though the B&B's location was convenient.

This is a very nice place. It has a great outdoor patio as well as a nicely laid out kitchen. From the patio you get great view of Mt. Vesuvius. Rooms are clean and is an overall great place to stay. The breakfast is plentiful with fresh fruit, and pastry as well as cereal, milk, juice and coffee. Our room was tidied up each day by a maid and we recommend the place. By far the best place we stayed while touring in Italy.

Napoli 2017
Unfortunately we arrived very late due to delayed flights, but late check in was handled well. The apartment is very well maintained and the decor well thought out. The cleaning service and food restocking is done daily. Very picturesque view of Vesuvius from the totally secluded and well planted patio. The only comment we would make is that the water in Naples in hard and the shower heads would benefit from regular descaling. The lift takes 20c so make sure you have a handful available, especially if you are going to the local markets and going back with a hand full of bags, otherwise there are 4 flights of exterior stone steps to climb, which if nothing else, is a good daily exercise routine.

Quiet oasis in traditional Napoli neighborhood
This is a lovely little oasis in a very traditional neighborhood of Napoli. I loved staying here: the local flavor, the old building, the artistic way the apartment was decorated, the views, the terrace, the private bathroom, the air conditioning, the self-serve breakfast. It was perfect for me, and I enjoyed talking to guests from all over the world: France, Brazil, Belgium, etc. The only complaint I have is the need to pay .20 for every use of the elevator! It was just too hot to walk (even down!) and I didn't always have the proper .20 coins (the machine didn't accept two .10 coins, for example!) Other than that, the place was quiet and elegant and clean! I highly recommend this place for a stay in Napoli.
