No estoy satisfecha con el servicio de Hoteles.com porque al llegar el hotel no tenía registrada mi reserva ni me mantuvieron el precio de la reserva. Además el hotel no tenía toallas limpias y en la habitación tuve que luchar contra las hormigas.

Las habitaciones del hotel son básicas, el baño es antiguo, pero versus el precio es una buena opción para pasar la noche y la ubicación es muy buena, caminando se puede ir a buenos sitios para comer y tomar cerveza, es seguro el sector para salir a pasear, además son muy amables quienes prestan el servicio de recepción y restaurante.

Buen hotel para descansar

Una vez llegue al hotel no apareció mi reserva. Sin embargo el hotel me hospedo sin problema respetando la tarifa previamente acordada. La habitación asignada solo tenia abanico eléctrico por lo que en varias ocasiones el calor fue un inconveniente. En general muy buen servicio.

Not a good hotel

The staff was very charm, but the hotel was not in good condition. Rooms are dirty and poor maintained. Elevator is too old and furniture kinda ancient.
