I stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms definitely showed wear. Staff was quick to respond. On the 1st night I reached out to ask to move to a new room as the shower door wouldn't close (cleaners should have picked up on this so I question how well the cleaners cleaned prior to my arrival). Overall room was good size. Showers very small.

The good: Hotel is conveniently located near a station served by 3 underground lines There are many eateries and shops around the hotel, including a M&S across the street Hot water and water pressure in the shower is good. Water drainage is fast and smooth Staff were helpful enough The not so good: Housekeeping needs to do better. When I first checked in, both cups in the room were not washed with stains clearly visible I am perfectly fine with reusing the towels, but they were ‘manhandled’ by the housekeeping crew, stacking the damp towel over a dry, unused one If you need a window for your room, choose another room type. This room (double room interior) has a window that looks into a narrow air well with absolutely no view

This hotel is very good value in a great location literally round the corner from Edgware Rd tube station. Small room but well appointed. There was a nice free gift waiting for me of a bag for life and a couple of cartons of fresh water which was nice. Even had a pair of disposable slipper in the room. The only thing that needs some attention is the shower cubicle, the door had come off its runner on one side allowing water to escape when in use. There are no staff or reception so you receive an email with a code to use that lets you into the building and then into your room, all very straight forward. Nice coffee shop on the ground floor too. I would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great stay in London and would definitely recommend this hotel. The property operates without a traditional front desk staff, with check-in and all communication handled online. At first we weren’t sure what to expect, but the online service was outstanding—responses were prompt, helpful, and made everything very easy. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. We also loved the location, which was just a short walk from the Tube, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The only minor drawback was the neighborhood, which wasn’t our favorite compared to other areas of London. However, this did not affect our stay, and the convenience, cleanliness, and excellent virtual service more than made up for it. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great option for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in London.

Online check in and communication prior to visit was very good. Air temperature in the room was warm for my liking 26 - 28c and when trying to cool it down it switched off probably to save energy. Shower pressure was quite weak. Room was nice and bigger than many you get in London.

Great remodeled apartment that was in a convenient location for taking the subways. No staff available however, and the website for contactless check-in had broken links for requesting services, so we were unable to leave our luggage for for an hour after check-out at 11 and had to pay an additional 50 to do so nearby. I would say it’s a good place to stay if you don’t need any of the services of a hotel or contact with anyone. Beds are nice and rooms are well appointed, and there is a lift between floors. The Main Street it is on isn’t the best and there are homeless people as your view but just a short walk for a train.

Clean room, with old bobbly bedding. Mould on ceiling in bathroom, towel rail coming off wall and mould around shower door. Welcome pack of water and crisps. No glasses. You have to check in on time or after. Arriving early is complicated. If your room is on the first floor, you are awoken at 7am by the music in the coffee shop downstairs. Clean towels. Coffee machine and tea making facilities, but no English breakfast tea. Fridge. Room size bijou. Hand soap and shower gel available. No usb sockets. Small ironing board available in small wardrobe area. But there is nowhere to put the ironing board to use it. We did not book breakfast.
