Handily located for Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Tube this is a competitively priced option for couples. Great communication for mobile access on the day. Clean rooms and nicely decorated. Shower is a bit small but functional. Would definitely use hotel again.

We had a great stay in London and would definitely recommend this hotel. The property operates without a traditional front desk staff, with check-in and all communication handled online. At first we weren’t sure what to expect, but the online service was outstanding—responses were prompt, helpful, and made everything very easy. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. We also loved the location, which was just a short walk from the Tube, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The only minor drawback was the neighborhood, which wasn’t our favorite compared to other areas of London. However, this did not affect our stay, and the convenience, cleanliness, and excellent virtual service more than made up for it. Online check in and communication prior to visit was very good. Air temperature in the room was warm for my liking 26 - 28c and when trying to cool it down it switched off probably to save energy. Shower pressure was quite weak. Room was nice and bigger than many you get in London.

Great remodeled apartment that was in a convenient location for taking the subways. No staff available however, and the website for contactless check-in had broken links for requesting services, so we were unable to leave our luggage for for an hour after check-out at 11 and had to pay an additional 50 to do so nearby. I would say it’s a good place to stay if you don’t need any of the services of a hotel or contact with anyone. Beds are nice and rooms are well appointed, and there is a lift between floors. The Main Street it is on isn’t the best and there are homeless people as your view but just a short walk for a train.

Clean room, with old bobbly bedding. Mould on ceiling in bathroom, towel rail coming off wall and mould around shower door. Welcome pack of water and crisps. No glasses. You have to check in on time or after. Arriving early is complicated. If your room is on the first floor, you are awoken at 7am by the music in the coffee shop downstairs. Clean towels. Coffee machine and tea making facilities, but no English breakfast tea. Fridge. Room size bijou. Hand soap and shower gel available. No usb sockets. Small ironing board available in small wardrobe area. But there is nowhere to put the ironing board to use it. We did not book breakfast.

Bathroom floor was dirty, My partner does not make a fuss but this was too far, we had to lay towels on the floor as a carpet. No staff to raise issues with but this was previously known. Comfy bed but small. Room is good to sleep in for 2. No options of bringing others back due to the lack of space.

I have to say, a gem of a hotel. Despite its location, (though convenient,it's hardly salubrious) a great hotel experience. Easy to deal with online, a high-spec finish all through the hotel; friendly and helpful interacion with onsite staff when required. We'd recommend this place to our family and friends and anyone who needs a palcetpo stay in London!

It was comfortable but I got no sleep as the air conditioning unit was just outside the window & incredibly noisy. No staff on hand to move rooms so a night without sleep.
