Great room, not so great check-in
The property is going through rough times . The entrance is being used by the property next door and they managed to have two hotels managed under one . Lights are off , little to no amenities , but the staff do their absolute best to make you happy . Problem is there are only 1-2 that are available for two hotels . If they can help you they absolutely will , but if there isn’t anyone , you may have to wait . My room was A+ , but check in was not good . The entrance to the Hilton is no longer working so it took me about 15 min ringing a doorbell and another 30 to be fully checked in once I found the entrance . Sadly covid had ruined the experience of a once beautiful hotel and it looks dreary once you arrive on your floor . I hope and wish nothing but the best for the property, but it looks like it may be on its last breath.

Nice hotel, the staff very friendly. My only concern was about unexpected fees, the hotel charge me 19% on taxes like if I'm Colombian, I'm Peruvian and only stayed in Colombia fro 3 days, I read Expedia policy about this tax and it looks like Expedia is wrong and must modify this on their web page.

Perfect location just off the main street (Calle 100). Modern, clean, and quiet. This is exactly what one needs in this vibrant and very busy mega-city. Exceptional staff, very polite and educated.
