Stayed on NYE. Was a good stay. Room comfortable and staff friendly. My only complaint would be the disorganisation at the restaurant. Although looked like plenty of staff around, drinks orders were forgotten at dinner. Food was not replenished so lots of empty food trays at the buffet. Had to ask for cutlery and plates for breakfast buffet. Definitely would stay here again and much better then the other Sheraton beach resort by the airport.

The stay was so amazing this was the first family holiday we done and we loved every part of it, the resort was amazing the people were great, thank you so much to the team for helping us with a our babies while we’re there, a special mention to the Manager Kirk, to the from desk team and also the restaurant staff Ioana, Theresa & Sisi. Found both service charges and rooms quite pricey after being in Kuala Lumpar 5 Star hotels and were a lot cheaper than Sheraton Aggies. Found booking by internet Expedia cheaper than if you book by telephone or locally. At least a third cheaper, I asked they couldn’t explain why?

While the property looked amazing and the room while clean did not have a working TV, phone, shower head was loose, water was cut off for a few hours. I was confused on the morning of check out to get a knock at door at 8am to confirm I was checking out when 11 am is check out. However staff were lovely and gracious, luckily I was only there for short visit. Otherwise I would have asked for another room.

For $400+ minimum AUD a night at this 5 star hotel, details should be perfect. There were 3 of us on my booking but there were only 2 towels in our room. The phone in the room didn’t work as well so couldn’t call for more towels or room service. No one gave us the tour of our hotel, to show us where all the facilities are. We weren’t even advised if we had wifi in our room or laundry options. I’ve stayed at quite a few nice hotels in Samoa & this has to be my least favourite. Service should be the best thing about any hotel, especially a 5 star hotel. We got put in a room all the way in back near an industrial site which gave off 3 star motel vibes. Our rooms are only accessible by stairs as well, no elevator.
