What i liked about the property was the ambience and feel of the property. Staff was good but only time i disliked property was when the property denied entry to two of my friends who came to meet me from anjuna stating no guest policy was there,hence they couldn't come in which resulted in utmost embarrassing situation for me as my guests had to leave after this

Front desk was ok while check-in. Restaurant for dining and breakfast was amazing. Abhishek & Aman were 2 outstanding incharge at the restaurants on first floor that went out of their way providing excellent service. House-keeping was amazing. Great team. Keep it up

From the moment we checked in till the time we checked out, we had a most wonderful experience. Rooms were spotless, staff incredibly friendly, welcoming and nothing that they couldn’t do or help with. We were treated very well. Our experience with our meals at the hotel great. Amazing
Staff was amazing. They really made the stay amazing. More so the restaurant staff truly hit the mark making our stay amazing—Moumita- Assisrant food Bev manager was so accommodating and made anything we liked.. truly amazing. They even made a cake and scribbled bonvoyage on plate. Such a great touch!
They also had best toilet paper in India. Everywhere else paper was so hard. Theirs was so soft.

The property is good and well maintained. Prices and good too as per the 5*. But what's Impressive is the Service. I would say the hotel is 5* but the Service is 7*
I have names of some gems working there. I will soon share that with the hotel authorities. But amazing service by kitchen staff, front end and others to name a few

Check in staff at lobby were extremely rude and condescending, they attempted to downgrade our rooms which were originally booked on the prior to visit their attitude was unprofessional and upsetting. Pool side staff were also rude and disrespectful. Otherwise the room service staff who were responsible for cleaning rooms and laundry were excellent, they are the reason that I am not giving a 1 star review.

Average stay.. nice food..
To start off, the food overall is good. However room service menu hardly has any sea food goan/ local options.. i had to fight my way with multiple people to get a rawa fried prawn to the room immediately upon checking in.
Rooms are decent and clean. There were drainage issues in my room which we had to get corrected on the first day itself

We had a bad experience to start the holiday by getting stuck in the lift on the first day. The staff sorted this and the lady on reception went over and above to ensure the rest of our stay went smoothly. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful particularly the dosa. The breakfast team were all good and Sonapreet the young lad on the dosa counter always made sure we had everything we wanted and everything we wanted was brought to us.

The staff at this hotel was excellent and we want to recognize Isha at the front desk who was also a concierge and manageress. Isha exceeded our expectations for providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.She gave us dining suggestions for lunch and dinner and called taxis when we needed one. We were a group of 6 and when we needed a big taxi, she made sure the right one arrived. Accolades to the team at Le Meridien and to Isha.

I liked it overall, however, I haven’t traveled or stayed in five star hotels in India, so I don’t have anything to compare it with. Having said that the service was good. The food was OK, pretty busy at breakfast time. When I checked in, I found hair around the wash basin. if they really want to improve, they might want to concentrate on cleaning their rooms a little better.

Well, the hotel is very convenient to major shops and essential requirements. However the staff at the reception area do not really coordinate well on the check in and check out procedures. Also the music at the pool is too loud and disturbs the rest of the guests who are not at the pool area. Over all the hotel is okay. As not expected from the Le Meriden chain of hotels. Hope this will be helpful to amned some changes.

Le Meridian Calangute is excellent
We had an unforgettable stay at Le Meridien Calangute. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink and even offered an early check-in, along with the option to store our bags when we had to step out. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Johngphe, Chuba, and the rest of the front desk team, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic spread, and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service. We’re already looking forward to returning and staying longer next time!
