Pas confortable, pas propre, vraiment nul !

L'hotel est excessivement cher pour le service rendu. DĂ©jĂ  en arrivant le wifi ne marchait pas. Ensuite la piscine Ă©tait immonde (voir photo), et personne ne la nettoye. La chambre est vieille et n'est pas propre : insectes morts, lezard vivant dans la chambre. Pas de produits de douches. Une serviette trĂšs petite. Une semaine complĂšte Ă  l'hĂŽtel mais personne ne change la serviette de la salle de bain, les draps ne sont jamais changĂ©s, le sol jamais nettoyĂ©. Pour avoir du papier toilette il faut aller rĂ©clamer Ă  la rĂ©ception. Et enfin, il n'y a pas de restaurant ni mĂȘme de petit dĂ©jeuner comme annoncĂ©. L'hĂŽtel est vraiment nul. C'est sĂ»r, je n'y retournerai jamais !

Afordable hotel in pointe noire

Hotel residence saint jaques is a nice little hotel near the beach in Pointe noire. The manager is helpful and friendly. There is a tennis table, a swimming pool and long chairs in the common area. Too bad the place was empty. The room was quite small but well it was alright for one night. More annoying was the water shortage but this was due to the lack of city water. Ok for 1 night

Ville portuaire pas Ă  vocation touristique, mais c'est l'occasion pour une immersion dans l'Afrique rĂ©elle d'aujourd'hui entre dĂ©veloppement Ă©conomique, tradition africaine et pauvretĂ© locale..LĂ -bas tout se bouscule dans une ville en plein dĂ©veloppement. Pour l'hĂŽtel St Jacques, il faut oublier les rĂ©fĂ©rentiels europĂ©ens. literie confortable, hĂŽtel calme, PDJ simple mais copieux, proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de la plage oĂč l'activitĂ© festive est importante pour les habitants, l'occasion pour se mĂȘler aux locaux et boire un verre les pieds dans le sable en dĂ©gustant une brochette de poisson grillĂ© . Le personnel est dĂ©vouĂ©, aimable. choisir impĂ©rativement une chambre "supĂ©rieure" avec vue sur jardin, sinon vous risquez d'ĂȘtre fort déçus. Les chambres sont spartiates, pas de service d'hĂŽtel (pas de boissons, minibar vide, pas de drap de bain) la piscine ne donne pas vraiment envie de se baigner et l'hĂŽtel souffre d'un manque cruel d'entretien; c'est dommage car il est plutĂŽt bien placĂ©. a 200m, on trouve des restos sympas et propres (si-bon; l'abri cĂŽtier..). Pour 50 € voire moins, on peut nĂ©gocier un taxi pour la journĂ©e, indispensable pour visiter la rĂ©gion. visiter les nombreux marchĂ©s, les gorges de Diosso sont incontournables, et la route pour y parvenir fera traverser la brousse et la banlieue de Pointe Noire, Ă  voir, sinon pas d'activitĂ© rĂ©crĂ©ative (quad, pirogue, char Ă  voile, etc.. Dommage, mais parions que ça viendra avec la montĂ©e en puissance de la ville)
