遅い時間に宿泊先をさがさなくてはいけなかったのでとても助かった。

鈴鹿サーキットに遊びに行くのに、利用させていただきました。 大人2人と小学校低学年の子供2人で、ツインの部屋で宿泊。 綺麗に清掃されていてとても良かったですが、子供達用のバスタオル、スリッパを貸してもらおうとしたら全て有料だったので、びっくりしました。 あと、7時くらいに朝食会場に行ったら外国の方（中華圏）の団体が席を占領していて、家族バラバラになって食事しました。一部の方達は7時位から、私達がチェックアウト（9時過ぎ）するまで、席を占領したままでした。 団体客には時間を決めて、入替制にした方がいいと思います。

フロント前の朝食場所、座席に限りがあり、多数に着席するためか、テーブルが狭く思われた。空席のテーブルを見ると、朝食を終えられた人の食べこぼれが目にしたテーブルがあった。食事を終えたら、テーブルを拭くのがマナーでしょう。各テーブルに、ウエットティッシュかおしぼりが置いてあればいいのですが。後の人のことを考えてマナーを守ってほしいものです。

受験で利用しました。 朝食が混雑しましたが、それ以外は落ち着いて過ごすことができました。 部屋の机も割と大きめで、勉強するスペースがありました。

フロントの方、とても優しく対応してくださいました。朝食担当の方だけ、目の前にいたので挨拶したけど、リアクションなかったです。とれいなど取るにもどいていただかくまで待ちました。何か別の作業に集中してたのかもしれません。それはいいとして、お風呂場の排水口から上がってくる匂いがきつかったです。市内の側溝から上がってくる匂いなので、設備の問題ではないのでしょうか。気になったのは、そこだけです。
