Hotel Staff were exceptional. Overall experience was superb, breakfast and dinner really high quality and constantly changing. In room experience was excellent. Special mention to Julia for her daily entertainment. We recommend the activities. The area around the hotel is not great though so take some trips to Palma or just stay in the hotel. We only left the hotel 1 day in our 10 day stay.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are amazing. Buffet style food, fresh and well displayed. Lots of choice. Water dispenser on our floor which was a so handy, dispensing fizzy and plain cold water. This was our second stay as we loved it last year. As well as superb facilities and service, the hotel has a lovely calming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the bar is great for an evening cocktail.
