Really attractive guesthouse both kitchen and dining area as well as my room. Lots of tourist information and recommendations made available to guests. Located in a lovely neighborhood just south of the center and only a 15 minute walk from the Appia Antica ...which is stunning place to spend some hours reliving history.

Close ten minute walk to metro so you can get to any major attraction easily. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Not a traditional B&B... it is a self-serve continental breakfast. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner etc., only hand soap is provided, but plenty of towels. Quiet neighbourhood with small grocery store downstairs. Kitchen available for shared use. Good wifi connectivity, but no television.

Ein super freundlicher Empfang, Martina hat uns alles sehr ausführlich vorgestellt und erklärt! Die Wohnung liegt in einem typischen römischen Viertel ohne Touris und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad ist sehr groß und sehr sehr sauber. Das Haus selber liegt 15 Gehminuten von der Metro Garbatella und dann noch mal 3 Stationen vom Colosseo entfernt. Ich kann es unbedenklich jedem weiter empfehlen, es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Walter (and little Samuel) were extremly welcoming and gave us lots of tips on places to visit. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The area was a nice quiet residential area within easy reach of all the sights. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome.

Great!

The bnb is in a great area which is just outside of all the mayhem of the city center, but it is still only a few train stops away from the Colosseum which was great. The owners were very helpful in the mornings before we headed out and gave us the best places to see and the best ways to get there. It was our first time in a bnb and we would defiantly stay here again.

dove ho soggiornato meglio a roma e direi che non

che dire su una scala da 1 a 10 si merita un bel 10 con lode , proprietari giovani e gentili pulizia che definirei "cristallina" camere ariose comode . buona la colazione . la posizione è ottimale vicina alla metro e al bus . quartiere Garbatella tipico e "vero" romano e in zona si mangia bene.
